To purchase using Afterpay, simply select it as your payment option during checkout. First-time users will be prompted to provide payment details, while returning customers will be able to login.Your first payment will be charged upon placing your order.
RETURNING AFTERPAY PURCHASES

I'VE MISPLACED MY PROOF OF PURCHASE, WHAT CAN I DO?
Your proof of purchase is both emailed to you, and stored safely in your account.
FOR PURCHASES MADE ONLINE
Your Online Order Confirmation email serves as both your proof of purchase, and as a Tax Invoice. You can save this email as a pdf, or print it if a hard copy is required.If you are unable to locate your Online Order Confirmation, your purchase history can be accessed by logging in to your online Account. If you checked out as a guest you can retrospectively create an account with the email addressed used, and your purchase history will be visible to you there.
It is not possible for our Team to provide a new, or alternative copy, of your order confirmation.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.
The processing time may differ based on your payment method and financial institution, but once initiated, expect the refund to reflect in your account within 5 business days.

I'M HAVING A PAYMENT ISSUE
We recommend:

- Checking payment details have been entered correctly
After a failed order attempt, and before reattempting to order, we suggest checking your email for an order confirmation, and your payment account for a transaction, to confirm the order wasn't successful.
If the above troubleshooting steps do not resolve this issue, we recommend waiting a period of 24 hours, before attempting to order again.
I'M HAVING AN ADDRESS ISSUE
Our website has address validation to help avoid address mistakes and should be used where possible. We recommend entering your street address and suburb into the "address" field, allowing the website to display all matching results. Then select your address from the list provided.For apartment buildings, we recommend entering just the street address and suburb, omitting the unit number initially, before selecting your address inclusive of unit number from the list provided.
For business addresses, we recommend including the company name in after the street address has populated.
If your address is still not visible to you, please select "enter address manually".
